Who publishes with whom

Shared publications between the twelve centre investigators, from their records in NVA (Nasjonalt vitenarkiv): journal articles, conference papers, book chapters and books. Talks, posters, theses and reports are left out.

Investigators publication network

Each line is a pair with at least one shared publication; thicker lines mean more. Circle size follows each person's total publications in NVA. Teal circles are co-authors outside the centre who link investigators: they have published with each of them on separate papers. Select a person, a line or a teal circle to see the details.

Shared publications

Publications both have authored. The dashed diagonal is each person's own total.

Shared outside co-authors

People outside the centre who have published with each of the two on separate papers. Co-authors only on the pair's joint papers are not counted.

Over time

All publications by the twelve investigators per year since 2006, and how many of them have at least two investigators as authors. Each paper counts once, however many investigators are on it. The lower chart shows the co-authored share of each year's total.

How this was made

Publications are the investigators' records in NVA (Nasjonalt vitenarkiv), with duplicates, such as a preprint and its published version, counted once. Two investigators share a publication when both are among its authors. Outside co-authors are the other authors of the investigators' publications.

NVA mainly holds work registered through Norwegian institutions, so work from before someone joined Simula may be missing. A missing line means no shared publication in NVA, not necessarily no collaboration. The current year is not yet complete.
